On January 29, 2010, WisdomTree Trust announced the scheduled liquidation of the ten ETFs. Accordingly, Wednesday, March 24, 2010, will be the last day shares of the Funds can be traded on NYSE Arca and the last day on which creation unit aggregations of each Fund may be purchased or redeemed. NYSE Arca will suspend trading in the Funds prior to the opening of business on Thursday, March 25, 2010. Shareholders remaining in the Funds on March 29, 2010 will have their shares redeemed automatically on this date and will receive cash in an amount equal to the net asset value of their shares as of the close of business on March 29, 2010.

WisdomTree CEO Jonathan Steinberg stated in t press release from WisdomTree in January that, “We proposed the closure of 10 ETFs in order to create capacity for future growth initiatives, and because we believe it is in the best interest of our customers and shareholders to dedicate our resources to areas of greater client interest. We have no plans to make any further closures and are fully committed to maintaining and developing an innovative product line, including the introduction of new funds in the coming months.”

• WisdomTree International Communications Sector Fund   (DGG)
• WisdomTree Europe Total Dividend Fund   (DEB)
• WisdomTree Earnings Top 100 Fund   (EEZ)
• WisdomTree U.S. Short Term Government Income Fund   (USY)
