In midday trading Tuesday, the Zacks Small Cap Portfolio ETF (PZJ) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.9% on the day. And underperforming other ETFs today is the Global Coal Portfolio ETF (PKOL), down about 1.6% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
