About the SPDR International Mid-Cap ETF (AMEX:MDD)
The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the S&P/Citigroup World Ex-U.S.US$2-5 billion Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of assets in securities that comprise the index. The index is a float adjusted market cap weighted index that represents the mid capitalization segment of developed countries included in the S&P/Citigroup BMI Global Equity Index. The fund is nondiversified.
About the Claymore Solar ETF (AMEX:TAN)
The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MAC Global Solar Energy index. The fund normally invests at least 90% of total assets in common stock, ADRs and GDRs that comprise the index. It generally will invest in all of the stocks comprising the index in proportion to their weightings in the index. This fund is nondiversified.
