In midday trading Wednesday, the PowerShares Dynamic Semiconductors ETF (PSI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.8% on the day. And underperforming other ETFs today is the iShares Dow Jones U.S. Healthcare Providers Index Fund ETF (IHF), off about 1.2% in Wednesday afternoon trading.
