Rydex ETF Trust Announces The Scheduled Liquidation Of Twelve ETFs

Rydex ETF Trust has announced the scheduled liquidation of twelve ETFs. Friday, May 21, 2010, will be the last day shares of the Funds can be traded on NYSE Arca and the last day on which creation unit aggregations of each Fund may be purchased or redeemed. NYSE Arca will suspend trading in the Funds prior to the opening of business on Monday, May 24, 2010.Shareholders remaining in the Funds on May 28, 2010 will have their shares redeemed automatically on this date and will receive cash in an amount equal to the net asset value of their shares as of the close of business on May 28, 2010.
