Tuesday, May 11th ETF Movers: GDX, KOL, SLV, TAN, EWP, DBB
In trading on Tuesday, the Gold Miners ETF (GDX) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 6.9% on the day. Also up for the day is the Market Vectors Coal ETF (KOL) which is up 4%. And underperforming other ETFs today is the iShares Silver Trust (SLV), down about 4.2% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the Claymore/MAC Global Solar Energy Index ETF (TAN) down 3.37%, the iShares MSCI Spain Index Fund (EWP) -3.8%, and the PowerShares DB Base Metals (DBB) down 2.6% on the day.
