(Canada) BetaPro Management Inc. Announces Unit Consolidation Of The S&P/TSX Global Gold ETF (HGD)

BetaPro Management Inc. (“BetaPro”), the manager and trustee of the Horizons BetaPro S&P/TSX Global Gold(TM) Bear Plus ETF (“HGD”), has announced today that it intends to consolidate the units of HGD, as indicated below:

Unit Consolidation

After the Toronto Stock Exchange has closed for trading on Thursday, June 2, 2010, the units of HGD will be consolidated on the basis of a 1:4 ratio (the “Consolidation Ratio”), and will begin trading on a consolidated basis on June 3, 2010, the effective date of the consolidation:
