In trading on Tuesday, the iShares MSCI ACWI ex US Financials Sector Index Fund ETF (AXFN) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 6.4% on the day. Also up on the day are the iShares MSCI Spain Index (EWP) up 5.74%, and the iShares MSCI Italy Index (EWI) up 5.73%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the iPath S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures ETN (VXX), trading down 6.09% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also having a rough day is the Global Biotech Portfolio ETF (PBTQ) which was down about a half a percent.
