In trading on Tuesday, the iShares MSCI Ireland Cppd Invstb Mkt Idx (EIRL) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.24% on the day. Also up on the day is the iShares MSCI Spain Index Fund (EWP) which is up 4.17%, and the iShares MSCI Taiwan Index Fund (EWT) which is up 4.16%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the iPath S&P 500 VIX Short Term Futures ETN (VXX), down about 4.3% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the S&P SmallCap Consumer Discretionary Portfolio ETF (XLYS) which is down 3.83%, and the iShares FTSE NAREIT Retail Cp Idx (RTL) down 3.21%.
