In trading on Monday, the FTSE NASDAQ Small Cap Portfolio ETF (PQSC) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 8.43% on the day. Also up on the day is the PowerShares DB Base Metals Long ETN (BDG) up 5.77%, and the PowerShares Global Biotech (PBTQ) up 5.63%

And underperforming other ETFs today is the ELEMENTS MLCX Biofuels Index TR ETN (FUE), off about 5.23% in Monday afternoon trading. Also down on the day is the iPath S&P 500 VIX Short Term Futures ETN (VXX) which is down 3.51%.
