Georgetown Investment Management LLC Files Preliminary Paperwork With The SEC For 5 New ETFs
Georgetown Investment Management LLC, has filed paperwork with the SEC to offer five new ETFs. Georgetown does not currently offer ETFs and has filed this exemptive relief to offer these new funds. Not much information was available for Georgetown, however, Georgetown shares the same physical address as “The Washington Service.” According to The Washington Service website it ”is best known as the premier provider of insider trading data and analytics to securities professionals. The firm has also offers a suite of custom services, research, and APIs focused on the SEC’s EDGAR feed.”
Georgetown’s initial funds will include: the Georgetown U.S. Small-Mid Cap ETF, Georgetown U.S. Large-Cap ETF, and the Georgetown Prime 1-5 Year Bond ETF, the Georgetown International Equity ETF and the Georgetown Emerging Markets Equity ETF.
