In trading Wednesday, the iShares MSCI Ireland Cppd Invstb Mkt Idx (NYSE:EIRL) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.89% on the day. Also up on the day are the SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF (AMEX:XHB) up 2.21% and SPDR S&P International Mid Cap (NYSE:MDD) up 2.04%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the Global Wind Energy Portfolio ETF (NASDAQ:PWND), off about 3.73% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the Market Vectors Glb Alternatve Energy ETF (NYSE:GEX) down 2.55% and the iShares MSCI USA Index (NYSE:EUSA) down 2.46%.
