In 2010 there have been 66 IPOs versus 14 in all of 2009, and the IPO pipeline is growing. Prateek likes the First Trust US IPO Index (NYSE:FPX), the PowerShares Listed Private Equity (NYSE:PSP), and the iShares Russell Microcap Index (NYSE:IWC).
