In afternoon trading Wednesday, the ProShares Ultra KBW Regional Banking (NYSE:KRU) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 7.78% on the day. Also up on the day are the ELEMENTS MLCX Biofuels Index TR ETN (NYSE:FUE) up 3.96%, and the SPDR KBW Regional Banking (NYSE:KRE) up 3.94%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the ELEMENTS CS Global Warming ETN (NYSE:GWO), down about 5.65% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the iPath DJ-UBS Cotton TR Sub-Idx ETN (NYSE:BAL) down 4.32%, and the Market Vectors Junior Gold Miners ETF (NYSE:GDXJ) down 3.39%.
