Effective Today U.S. One Trust Is Now Russell Exchange Traded Funds Trust (ONEF)

Effective today the name of the U.S. One Trust will be changed from “U.S. One Trust” to “Russell Exchange Traded Funds Trust.” Therefore, upon the effectiveness of such change, all references in the Prospectus and SAI to “U.S. One Trust” are replaced with “Russell Exchange Traded Funds Trust.”

Accompning this change, the name of the One Fund ETF (NYSE:ONEF) will be changed from “One Fund” to “Russell Equity ETF.” Therefore, upon the effectiveness of such change, all references in the Prospectus and SAI to “One Fund” are replaced with “Russell Equity ETF” (the “Fund”).

Russell recently acquired U.S. One, the Reno-based issuer behind the One Fund (NYSE:ONEF). Russell has filed for dozens of ETFs, including both active and passive products, and could make its ETF debut sometime in the second quarter.
