ETF Daily News: Thursday, May 5th ETF Movers

In trading on Thursday, the UBS E-TRACS Short Platinum ER ETN (NYSE:PTD) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 12.34% on the day. Also up on the day are the United States Short Oil (NYSE:DNO) up 9.33%, and the PowerShares DB Crude Oil Short ETN (NYSE:SZO) up 8.34%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the UBS E-TRACS CMCI Silver TR ETN (NYSE:USV), down about 12.59% in Thursday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the PowerShares DB Silver (NYSE:DBS) down 12.23%, ETFS Physical Silver Shares (NYSE:SIVR) down 11.91%, and the iShares Silver Trust (NYSE:SLV) down 11.89%.
