GRAIL ADVISORS To Change The Fund Names For Four Of Their ETFs, CUSIP for Five (RPX, RWG, GMMB, GVT, GMTB)
GRAIL ADVISORS has filed paperwork to change the names for four of their ETFs, and the CUSIP for five of their funds. The funds affected are the RP Growth ETF (NYSE:RPX), RP Focused Large Cap Growth ETF (NYSE:RPG), Grail McDonnell Intermediate Municipal Bond ETF (NYSE:GMMB), Columbia Concentrated Large Cap Value Strategy Fund (NYSE:GVT), Grail McDonnell Core Taxable Bond ETF (GMTB). In addition to the name changes, they will be changing the CUSIP for each fund.
According to the filing, the changes will take effect at the opening of business on Monday, May 23, 2011 PENDING shareholder approval at a meeting schedualed for May 20, 2011.

Please note that the name of the Columbia Concentrated Large Cap Value Strategy Fund (symbol GVT) will remain unchanged; however, the CUSIP is changing to indicate the new issuer name.This issue’s name was changed from Grail American Beacon Large Cap Value ETF effective May 2, 2011.
