Guggenheim has announced that they will begin trading two of their funds under new names and tickers at the opening of business on Wednesday, June 1, 2011. The two funds affected are the Claymore U.S. Capital Markets Bond ETF (NYSE:UBD), and the Claymore U.S. Capital Markets Micro-Term Fixed Income ETF (NYSE:ULQ).

Currently the Claymore U.S. Capital Markets Bond ETF (NYSE:UBD), seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund’s fees and expenses, of a fixed income securities index called CPMKTB — The Capital Markets Bond Index.

As of tomorrow, the Fund’s investment objective will change. The Guggenheim Enhanced Core Bond ETF’s investment objective will be to seek total return, comprised of income and capital appreciation. At that time, the Fund will cease to operate as an index-based ETF, and will begin to operate as an actively managed ETF.

Currently the Claymore U.S. Capital Markets Micro-Term Fixed Income ETF (NYSE:ULQ) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund’s fees and expenses, of a money market and micro-term fixed income securities index called CPMKTL – The Capital Markets Liquidity Index.
 
As of tomorrow, the Fund’s investment objective will change. The Guggenheim Enhanced Ultra-Short Bond ETF’s investment objective will be to seek maximum current income, consistent with preservation of capital and daily liquidity. At that time, the Fund will cease to operate as an index-based ETF, and will begin to operate as an actively managed ETF.
