In trading on Tuesday, the C-Tracks Citi Volatility Index TR ETN (NYSE:CVOL) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 13.94% on the day. Also up on the day are the iPath Long Enhan S&P 500 VIX MT Fut ETN (NYSE:VZZ) up 10.65%, and the iPath Short Enhanced MSCI EAFE ETN (NYSE:MFSA) up 9.87%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the Global X Norway ETF (NYSE:NORW), off about 6.39% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the Guggenheim EW Euro-Pacific LDRs (NYSE:EEN) down 5.38%, and the iShares MSCI Italy Index (NYSE:EWI) down 4.99%.
