And underperforming other ETFs today is the iPath Short Extended Russell 2000 TR ETN (NYSE:RTSA), off about 7.79% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the iPath Short Extended Russell 1000 TR ETN (NYSE:ROSA) down 6.09%, and the C-Tracks Citi Volatility Index TR ETN (NYSE:CVOL) down 5.90%.
