ETF Daily News: Monday, October 31 ETF Movers

In trading on Monday, the C-Tracks Citi Volatility Index TR ETN (NYSE:CVOL) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 17.65% on the day. Also up on the day are the iShares MSCI ACWI ex US Info Tech Index (NYSE:AXIT) up 7.84%, and the Vanguard Extended Dur Trs Idx ETF (NYSE:EDV) up 5.98%.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the Market Vectors Solar Energy ETF (NYSE:KWT), down about 7.99% in Monday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the Guggenheim Solar (NYSE:TAN) down 7.65%, and the Market Vectors Glb Alternatve Energy ETF (NYSE:GEX) down 6.79%.
