And underperforming other ETFs today is the iPath Global Carbon ETN (NYSEArca:GRN), off about 17.15% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the Russell 1000 High Volatility ETF (NYSEArca:HVOL) down 6.07%, Russell Contrarian ETF (NYSEArca:HVOL) down 6.07%.
