In trading on Monday, the iPath Long Extended Russell 2000 TR ETN (NYSEArca:RTLA) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 14.80% on the day. Also up on the day are the iShares MSCI Europe Financials Index (NASDAQ:EUFN) up 7.53%, and the PowerShares S&P SmallCap Energy (NASDAQ:PSCE) up 7.06%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the iPath Global Carbon ETN (NYSEArca:GRN), off about 13.32% in Monday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the C-Tracks Citi Volatility Index TR ETN (NYSEArca:CVOL) down 10.63%, and the ProShares VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (NYSEArca:VIXY) down 4.84%.
