ETF Daily News: Friday, August 17th ETF Movers

In trading on Friday, the iPath Long Extended Russell 2000 TR ETN (NYSEARCA:RTLA) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 5.11% on the day. Also up on the day is the PowerShares DB Commodity Short ETN (NYSEARCA:DDP) up 3.31%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the iPath Short Extended Russell 2000 TR ETN (NYSEARCA:RTSA), down about 5.12% in Friday afternoon trading. Also down on the day is the QuantShares US Market Neutral Value ETF (NYSEARCA:CHEP) down 4.70%.
