ETF Daily News: Tuesday, November 27th ETF Movers

In trading on Tuesday the PowerShares S&P SmallCap Materials (NASDAQ:PSCM) is outperformingother ETFs, up about 10.63% on the day. Also up on the day is the C-Tracks Citi Volatility Index TR ETN (NYSEArca:CVOL) up 3.23%.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the Barclays Short C Lvgd Inv S&P 500 TR ETN (NYSEArca:BXDC), down about 3.14% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day is the PowerShares RiverFront Tactical Bal Gr (NYSEArca:PAO) down 2.96%.
