ETF Daily News: Tuesday, December 18th ETF Movers

In trading on Tuesday the iPath Global Carbon ETN (NYSEArca:GRN) is outperformingother ETFs, up about 8.19% on the day. Also up on the day is the PowerShares Global Steel (NASDAQ:PSTL) up 4.92%.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the C-Tracks Citi Volatility Index TR ETN (NYSEArca:CVOL), down about 6.52% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day is the ProShares VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (NYSEArca:VIXY) down 4.50%.
