In trading on Thursday the PowerShares DB Commodity Short ETN (NYSEArca:DDP) is outperformingother ETFs, up about 4.04% on the day. Also up on the day is the Market Vectors Vietnam ETF (NYSEArca:VNM) up 2.77%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the DBX MSCI EAFE Hedged Equity ETF (NYSEArca:DBEF), down about 2.31% in Thursday afternoon trading. Also down on the day is the UBS E-TRACS CMCI Silver TR ETN (NYSEArca:USV) down 3.99%.
