In trading on Wednesday the UBS E-TRACS CMCI Silver TR ETN (NYSEArca:USV) is outperformingother ETFs, up about 19.29% on the day. Also up on the day is the iPath S&P 500 VIX ST Futures ETN (NYSEArca:VXX) up 5.57%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the PowerShares DB Commodity Short ETN (NYSEArca:DDP), down about 8.15% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day is the ProShares Short VIX Short-Term Fut ETF (NYSEArca:SVXY) down 5.37%.
