And underperforming other ETFs today is the UBS E-TRACS CMCI Silver TR ETN (NYSEArca:USV), down about 15.02% in Thursday afternoon trading. Also down on the day is the Market Vectors China ETF (NYSEArca:PEK) down 3.91%.
