FaithShares Closing The Doors On Four ETFs Friday July 15th

On May 27, 2011, FaithSharesTrust announced the scheduled liquidation of four ETFs, FaithShares Baptist Values Fund (NYSE:FZB), FaithShares Catholic Values Fund (NYSE:FCV), FaithShares


Lutheran Values Fund (NYSE:FKL), FaithShares Methodist Values Fund (NYSE:FMV).

Accordingly, Friday, July 15, 2011, will be the last day shares of the Funds can be traded on NYSE Arca and the last day on which creation unit aggregations of each Fund may be purchased or redeemed. NYSE Arca will suspend trading in the Funds prior to the opening of business on Monday, July 18, 2011.

Shareholders remaining in the Funds on July 27, 2011, will have their shares redeemed automatically on this date and will receive cash in an amount equal to the net asset value of their shares as of the close of business on July 27, 2011.
