FaithShares Christian Values Fund ETF (FOC) Will Cease Trading At The End Of The Day Today

On July 15 2011, Exchange Traded Concepts Trust (formerly known as FaithSharesTrust) announced the scheduled liquidation of the FaithShares Christian Values Fund ETF (NYSE:FOC)


.

Accordingly, Wednesday, August 31, 2011, will be the last day shares of the Fund can be traded on NYSE Arca and the last day on which creation unit aggregations of the Fund may be purchased or redeemed. NYSE Arca will suspend trading in the Fund prior to the opening of business on Thursday, September 1, 2011.

Shareholders remaining in the Fund on September 14, 2011, will have their shares redeemed automatically on this date and will receive cash in an amount equal to the net asset value of their shares as of the close of business on September 14, 2011.

Additionally, NYSE Arca has been advised that FaithShares Trust changed its name to Exchange Traded Concepts Trust effective July 15, 2011.
