In trading on Tuesday, the C-Tracks Citi Volatility Index TR ETN (NYSE:CVOL) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 24.55% on the day. Also up on the day are the


VelocityShares Long VIX Short Term ETN (NYSE:VIIX) up 14.83%, and the ProShares VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (NYSE:VIXY) up 14.78%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the Market Vectors Germany Small-Cap ETF (NYSE:GERJ), down about 9.31% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the First Trust NASDAQ Global Auto Index (NYSE:CARZ) down 7.70%, and the First Trust Asia Pac Ex-Jap AlphaDEX (NYSE:FPA) down 7.52%.
