Investors pulled a record volume of cash from BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK) exchange-traded fund that buys junk  bonds, the iShares iBoxx $ High Yid Corp Bond (NYSEARCA:HYG),  as the notes lost value for the first month since
