Jinxin Technology (NAMI) is planning to raise $9 million in an initial public offering (IPO) on the week of October 28th, IPO Scoop reports. The company will be issuing 1,900,000 shares at a price of $4.00-$5.00 per share.
In the last year, Jinxin Technology generated $53.5 million in revenue and $11.8 million in net income. Jinxin Technology has a market-cap of $291 million.
Craft Capital Management, WestPark and R.F. Lafferty & Co. acted as the underwriters for the IPO.
