The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the S&P Kensho Moonshot Technologies Index. The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the index. The index measures the performance of the securities of 50 U.S. companies that pursue innovative technologies that have the potential to disrupt existing technologies and/or industries (i.e., moonshot innovators). The fund may utilize exchange-traded funds and other investment companies to fully replicate the index or hold a representative sample of securities in the index. The fund is non-diversified.
