Apple Inc. (AAPL) Falls Behind The Competition In Customer Satisfaction

It is also worth pointing out that Sony, Samsung and Apple all improved their scores over the same survey conducted in 2013.

Though Apple had an incremental gain, Sony and Samsung saw significant boosts that allowed them to get a leg up on the competition.

The research indicates that poor customer satisfaction experiences may be the result of the increasing volume of customers that are visiting Apple retail stores all over the country.

The company also recently restructured its upper management division to reduce the overall emphasis on sales and return to one of both employee satisfaction and the customer experience.
