In trading on Tuesday, the iPath Long Extended Russell 2000 TR ETN (NYSE:RTLA) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 25.95% on the day. Also up on the day are the


First Trust Dow Jones Select MicroCp Idx (NYSE:FDM) up 8.41%, and the iShares Russell Microcap Index (NYSE:IWC) up 7.28%.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the iPath Long Enhanced MSCI EAFE ETN (NYSE:MFLA), down about 16.48% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Also down on the day are the PowerShares Global Steel Portfolio (NASDAQ:PSTL) down 7.46%, and the ProShares VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (NYSE:VIXY) down 6.97%.
