change(kbw.com)–Jul. 29, 2009– Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a full service investment bank that specializes in the financial services sector, and a wholly owned subsidiary of KBW, Inc. (NYSE: KBW), announced upcoming changes to the

KBW Bank Index (Index Symbol: BKX, ETF Symbol: KBE), KBW Regional Banking Index (Index Symbol: KRX, ETF Symbol: KRE), and KBW Capital Markets Index (Index Symbol: KSX, ETF Symbol: KCE).

Effective prior to the opening of business on Monday, August 3, 2009, the following companies will undergo share increases to account for the successful completion of either the conversion of their preferred shares into common stock or the issuance of common stock, or both.


Citigroup, Inc. – C


CVB Financial Corp. – CVBF


Janus Capital Group Inc. – JNS
