KBW Announces Changes to KBW Regional Banking Index (KRE)

change(KBW.com) Jul. 21, 2009– Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a full service investment bank that specializes in the financial services sector, and a wholly owned subsidiary of KBW, Inc. (NYSE: KBW), announced upcoming changes to the KBW Regional Banking Index (Index Symbol: KRXSM, ETF Symbol: KRESM).


Effective prior to the opening of business on Thursday, July 23, 2009, the following company will undergo a share increase to account for the successful completion of its secondary stock offering.
