iWatch Coming in Less Than Two Weeks?
The big rumor of the week is that Apple will unveil the long-awaited iWatch on Sept. 9, which is the date when almost everyone expects Apple to unveil the iPhone 6.
The rumor hit the Internet yesterday (Wednesday) on the Re/Code site, which has a pretty good track record of passing on Apple rumors that turn out to be accurate.
If the rumor turns out to be true, then the iWatch will debut earlier than expected. Previous rumors had pegged October as the most likely release date.
There is no official word from Apple, which hasn’t even publicly acknowledge that it is working on an iWatch, much less saying anything about when it will be ready.
Re/Code and many other observers expect the iWatch will have exciting capabilities for tracking users’ health and fitness data.
