From ETF Channel: In trading on Monday, shares of the iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF (ITB) crossed above their 200-day moving average of $35.05, changing hands as high as $35.15 per share. iShares U.S. Home Construction shares are currently trading up about 1.3% on the day. The chart below shows the one-year performance of ITB shares, versus its 200 day moving average:

Looking at the chart above, ITB’s low point in its 52-week range is $28.25 per share, with $41.48 as the 52-week high point — that compares with a last trade of $35.13.


The Shares U.S. Home Construction ETF (ITB) was unchanged in after-hours trading Tuesday. Year-to-date, ITB has declined -19.62%, versus a 5.15% rise in the benchmark S&P 500 index during the same period.
